It was agreed to extend the validity period of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets and the related authorization for 12 months from the original expiration date, extending it to April 17, 2026. The above proposals still need to be submitted to the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 for review
