# Hengguang Technology: Zhu Youliang and Tan Yanchun plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 0.1050% and 0.0961%, respectively

Hengguang Technology announced that the company's director, vice president, and board secretary Zhu Youliang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 115,900 shares, accounting for 0.1050% of the company's total share capital; the financial director Tan Yanchun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 106,100 shares, accounting for 0.0961% of the company's total share capital. This reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding trading, within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement. Both Zhu Youliang and Tan Yanchun intend to reduce their holdings due to personal funding needs, and the reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations
