According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZPR (600684.SH) released its annual report for 2024, showing an operating income of 1.558 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 52.38%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 15.5744 million yuan. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 28.0028 million yuan. The basic earnings per share were 0.02 yuan.

Affected by the losses of the divested real estate company in the first quarter of 2023 and the expenses of the parent company, the company incurred losses in the same period last year. The company achieved a turnaround from loss to profit this year
