According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BEYONDSOFT (002649.SZ) announced that the company's director Wang Lina and senior management personnel Yan Yuguang, Wu Di, Li Quanyou, and Wang Wei plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 39,000 shares (not exceeding 0.0067% of the current total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding transactions in the secondary market within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (expected to be from April 25, 2025, to July 24, 2025, with no reduction allowed during the sensitive period)
