According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Wuhan Kamuni Home Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Zhenchao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. The business scope includes: furniture sales; sales of furniture accessories; sales of household goods; sales of household appliances; internet sales; operation of traditional spice products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by DERUCCI through indirect holdings
