JINJIA announced that its controlling shareholder, JINJIA Venture Capital, will release the pledge of 3 million shares of the company on March 31, 2025, and will re-pledge 3 million shares on the same day, accounting for 0.65% of its held shares and 0.21% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is for the purpose of refinancing, with the pledgee being Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch. As of the announcement date, JINJIA Venture Capital and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 502 million shares, accounting for 99.99% of their held shares and 34.61% of the company's total share capital
