GLODON announced that the company plans to repurchase shares at a price not exceeding 21 yuan per share, for the purpose of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The number of shares to be repurchased will not be less than 5 million shares and not exceed 10 million shares, with an estimated total repurchase amount of 105 million to 210 million yuan, funded by its own funds or self-raised funds. The implementation period for the repurchase will be no more than 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
