# HAILIDE: Plans to increase capital by 50 million yuan and 90 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary

HAILIDE announced that the company held a board meeting on April 1, 2025, and approved the proposal to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Juling New Materials Co., Ltd. by 50 million yuan and to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Hailide Composite New Materials Co., Ltd. by 90 million yuan. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Juling Company will increase to 60 million yuan, and the registered capital of the composite company will increase to 100 million yuan
