# Shaanxi Lighte plans to spend between 50 million and 100 million yuan to repurchase shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shaanxi Lighte (688150.SH) has disclosed a share repurchase plan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive) and will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 32.00 (inclusive), and the purpose of the repurchased shares is for equity incentives and/or employee stock ownership plans.

The company will use its own funds and a special stock repurchase loan provided by the Xi'an branch of CITIC Bank Co., Ltd., with the special loan amount not exceeding RMB 90 million. The company has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Xi'an branch of CITIC Bank Co., Ltd., and the specific loan matters will be subject to the loan contract signed by both parties
