# JDDTECH shareholders Hongtu Intelligent and Shenzhen Capital Group plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JDDTECH (301538.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Shareholder Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from its shareholder Shenzhen Hongtu Intelligent Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hongtu Intelligent") and its related shareholder Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Innovation Investment"). They plan to reduce their holdings in the company, intending to reduce no more than 730,000 shares (not exceeding 1.30% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
