# Yunnan Tourism plans to raise no more than 191 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yunnan Tourism (002059.SZ) disclosed a plan for the issuance of A-shares to specific investors in 2025. The company intends to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors (including the number) at a price not lower than 80% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date.

It is reported that the total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance to specific investors will not exceed RMB 191 million (including the number), and after deducting issuance costs, the funds are intended to be invested in the construction of the Chuzhou Overseas Chinese Town Cultural Tourism Equipment Industrial Park project, repayment of interest-bearing liabilities, and replenishment of working capital
