# China Financial Development signs a strategic cooperation agreement with YinZhe Technology

Zhongguo Jinrong Fazhan (03623) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with YinZhe Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (YinZhe Technology). Based on this agreement, both parties have reached a cooperation intention, including:

1.  Both parties agree to strengthen all-round cooperation;
2.  Both parties agree to leverage their respective business advantages to develop comprehensive financial services mediated by housing assets in the Greater Bay Area;
3.  Both parties agree to utilize YinZhe Technology's cooperation foundation on Alibaba's internet platforms such as Tmall Haofang, Xianyu, and Alipay, combined with their respective localized advantages to develop buyer advisory services, and jointly create a public service platform for the circulation of existing housing in local municipalities;
4.  Both parties agree to leverage their respective advantages in inclusive financial services;
5.  Both parties agree to capitalize on YinZhe Technology's advantages in financial technology digitization;
6.  Develop cooperation or projects in the fields of real estate finance, inclusive finance, livelihood finance, and technology finance that are mutually recognized by both parties;
7.  Both parties do not rule out the possibility of conducting equity investment cooperation in the future, mutually introducing each other as strategic shareholders to deepen future strategic cooperation.

The board of directors believes that this strategic cooperation is of great significance to the company, as both parties leverage their respective advantages in the field of comprehensive financial services mediated by housing assets, bringing new development opportunities to the company
