ASIA AROMA announced that its shareholder Kunshan Dinglong Bohui Investment Management Enterprise, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2,424,000 shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within 90 calendar days starting from the 15th trading day after the announcement
