XZB announced that Mr. Ren Haiyun, a company director, Ms. Yang Qiping, a supervisor, and Ms. Zheng Xiaoling, the deputy general manager and board secretary, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 99,348 shares through centralized bidding transactions due to personal funding needs, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 0.0728% of the total share capital
