# TIANMA TECH: Controlling shareholder 解除 8.8949 million shares pledge

TIANMA TECH announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Qingtang, holds 96.3499 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.18% of the total share capital. After the release of this pledge, the total number of shares pledged by Mr. Chen Qingtang is 48.1051 million shares, accounting for 49.93% of the shares he holds in the company and 9.58% of the total share capital. After the release of this pledge, the total number of shares pledged by the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties is 63.1833 million shares, accounting for 39.05% of their total holdings in the company and 12.58% of the total share capital
