According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DZCM (603999.SH) announced that recently, the company's controlling shareholder, Reader Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Reader Group"), received a personnel appointment and removal notice from the Gansu Provincial People's Government. The Gansu Provincial People's Government decided to remove Liang Chaoyang from the position of chairman of Reader Publishing Group Co., Ltd. In accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of state-owned enterprise cadres, the Reader Group's Party Committee has decided to remove Liang Chaoyang from his positions as director and chairman of the company
