# SHANGHAI CHALLENGE: Has repurchased 3.8728 million shares, using a total of 9.9879 million yuan

SHANGHAI CHALLENGE announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on December 13, 2024, to review and approve the proposal to adjust the upper limit of the repurchase price of shares. As of March 31, 2025, the company has repurchased 3.8728 million shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.47% of the company's total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 2.61 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 2.55 yuan/share, for a total transaction amount of 9.9879 million yuan. According to confirmation from the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, the company has canceled the aforementioned repurchased shares of 3.8728 million shares on December 27, 2024, accounting for 0.47% of the company's total share capital
