# Kingmed Diagnostics: Controlling shareholder pledges 7 million shares

Kingmed Diagnostics announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Liang Yaoming, directly holds 74.1919 million shares of the company, accounting for 16.02% of the company's total share capital. This time, 7 million shares are pledged, accounting for 9.43% of the shares directly held by Mr. Liang Yaoming and 1.51% of the company's total share capital. After this share pledge, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Liang Yaoming, along with his concerted actors Ms. Yan Ting, Mr. Zeng Zhanwen, and the companies controlled by Mr. Liang Yaoming, namely Shengyu Fang, Xinman Yu, Shengbo Yu, and Ruizhi, have cumulatively pledged 38.13 million shares, accounting for 23.11% of the total shares held by them and 8.23% of the company's total share capital
