On the morning of April 3rd, Zhongshan Public Utilities Group, Torch Industrial Group, and Hefei Yuanli Zhonghe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of a zero-carbon park, marking the official launch of the first high-quality zero-carbon park demonstration project in Torch High-tech Zone. The three parties will focus on the three-level leap target of "energy carbon management - zero-carbon park - national-level demonstration," and will promote the construction of core projects such as the park's comprehensive energy carbon management platform, regional virtual power plants, and integrated source-grid-load-storage in phases, creating a zero-carbon park demonstration system that integrates policy adaptation, technology integration, financial balance, and operational services
