# Singapore video commerce platform BeLive prices US IPO at $4

> BeLive Holdings, a video commerce platform, has priced its US IPO at $4 per share, raising $10 million by offering 2.5 million shares. With a market cap below $50 million, it will not be included in Renaissance Capital's IPO stats. Originally a social streaming app, BeLive shifted focus in 2018 to provide live commerce solutions for retail and e-commerce. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the symbol BLIV, with R.F. Lafferty & Co. as the sole bookrunner.

BeLive Holdings, which provides a video commerce platform for retail and e-commerce businesses, raised $10 million by offering 2.5 million shares at $4, as expected.

***Because the company has a market cap of less than $50 million at pricing, BeLive Holdings will be excluded from Renaissance Capital's IPO stats.***Originally launched as a social streaming mobile app, BeLive redirected its focus in 2018 towards business-to-business and providing live commerce and shoppable short videos solutions to international retail companies and e-commerce marketplaces. Its BeLive Solutions enable customers to leverage interactive and immersive live and video commerce in their online businesses. The company offers an enterprise-grade White Label solution which is customized to meet customers' unique requirements and can be integrated into existing internal systems, and a cloud-based SaaS solution for customers who are looking for a quick and cost-effective solution without the necessity of building their own infrastructure and technology stack.

BeLive Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BLIV. R.F. Lafferty & Co. acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
