# KELI signed a partnership agreement with Xinyu Ruiye Jingfu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KELI (002892.SZ) announced that in order to improve the efficiency of the company's capital utilization, and under the premise of understanding and grasping the development prospects of related industries, industry trends, and effectively controlling risks, the company has reached an intention with relevant parties regarding an investment partnership enterprise. On April 3, 2025, the company will jointly sign the "Xinyu Ruiye Jingfu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with relevant parties. The company, as one of the limited partners, will contribute RMB 10 million with its own funds.
