According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YONGDONG (002753.SZ) announced that on April 3, 2025, it received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (referred to as "SZSE") regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of stocks to specific targets by Shanxi YONGDONG Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review \[2025\] No. 43). The SZSE verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of stocks to specific targets in accordance with relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
