# Weixing: The direct impact of tariff adjustments on finished goods in consumer countries or regions on the company's business is limited

Weixing stated in a conference call on April 3 that from the perspective of product delivery, the company mainly delivers products directly to customers' own or designated garment processing enterprises according to the requirements of brand apparel companies. Therefore, the company's international business export regions are primarily concentrated in countries or regions with lower labor costs, such as Bangladesh and Vietnam, while the volume of direct exports to source countries in Europe and America is very low. As a result, adjustments in tariffs on ready-made garments and other goods by end consumer countries or regions have limited direct impact on the company's business; however, the consumption sentiment in end markets and changes in the international trade environment will have some effect on the textile, apparel, and fashion industries. In addition, the company stated that as of now, the cumulative order amount has still maintained year-on-year growth, but due to overall factors such as end consumer sentiment and the international trade environment, the current downstream industry is generally very cautious, and the company faces certain pressure on order intake in the short term
