According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DELISI (002330.SZ) announced that it has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with A1 ROYAL SEAFOOD (Chinese name: 皇佳食品有限公司， hereinafter referred to as "Huangjia Food"). The two parties plan to jointly prepare to establish a DELISI representative office in South Africa to provide services for the development of the South African and surrounding markets, customer maintenance, and business execution. DELISI agrees to allow Huangjia Food to carry out the marketing of "DELISI" products in South Africa and surrounding areas under legal and compliant conditions.
