# Nacity Service plans to invest 15 million yuan to acquire shares in Yunxiang Robotics, which focuses on the commercial cleaning sector

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nacity Service (603506.SH) announced that the company plans to increase its investment in Hangzhou Yunxiang Commercial Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunxiang Robot") by RMB 15 million, after which it will hold an 8.5714% stake.

Yunxiang Robot is a company focused on the commercial cleaning robot sector, possessing technological advantages in visual perception, deep learning, and autonomous decision-making. Its products have been applied in various industrial and commercial scenarios, including factory workshops, underground garages, airports, shopping malls, government offices, logistics warehouses, office buildings, exhibition halls, hospitals, schools, and hotels, especially in AGV mixed scheduling scenarios, where it holds a leading position in the industry.

After this investment, the company can leverage Yunxiang Robot's research achievements and commercialization experience in the field of fully intelligent cleaning robots, continuously exploring the training and application of robots in core scenarios such as intelligent cleaning and security inspections. By building a closed-loop ecosystem of "algorithm + hardware + scenario," it aims to promote the large-scale application of artificial intelligence and robotics technology in smart property scenarios, aligning with the company's long-term development strategic direction
