# Huludao Zinc: Chen Zhifang resigned from the position of Marketing Director of the company due to job changes

On April 7th, Huludao Zinc announced that the company recently received a resignation letter from Marketing Director Chen Zhifang. Chen Zhifang applied to resign from the position of Marketing Director due to work changes and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning. According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, Chen Zhifang's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
