According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TALENT MEDIA (300426.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Shanghai Kafei Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kafei Film and Television" or "Party B") recently signed a "Co-Production Agreement" with Beijing iQIYI Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "iQIYI" or "Party A") for a contemporary drama series involving a case-related theme, agreeing that both parties will jointly produce the series, with a total investment not exceeding RMB 245 million (including tax), to be fully borne by Party A
