# Airport Corp appointed Guo Chao as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer

According to the announcement from Airport Corp (600463.SH), Ms. Wu Zheng, the former deputy general manager and chief financial officer, has applied to no longer serve in these positions due to a job transfer. After her departure, Ms. Wu Zheng will be reassigned to a position at the controlling shareholder's unit and will no longer hold any other positions in the company.
