The specific review opinions are as follows: "The application for the issuance of stocks by Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit the application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt from your company."
