# WDI plans to raise 120 million yuan through a private placement to Suzhou Xidun to supplement its working capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WDI (603312.SH) disclosed a plan for issuing stocks to specific targets in 2025. The company intends to issue stocks to Suzhou Xidun, an enterprise controlled by the actual controller of the company. The issuance price for the stocks to specific targets is set at 30.69 yuan per share, with a total of 3.9101 million shares to be issued. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will be 120 million yuan, and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance expenses will be used entirely to replenish working capital
