# Century plans to spend between 35 million and 50 million yuan to implement a buyback

According to the announcement from Century (300494.SZ), the company plans to use its own or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of its publicly held shares through centralized bidding. This is intended for the implementation of the company's equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan. The funds for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 35 million and not exceed RMB 50 million (inclusive of the principal), and the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 20 per share (inclusive of the principal). The implementation period for this share repurchase is within 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan
