According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NMHD (600863.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Northern United Power Limited Liability Company (referred to as "Northern Company"), plans to increase its holdings in the company within the next three months through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (including but not limited to centralized bidding, block trading, etc.). The amount of increase will not be less than RMB 50 million and not exceed RMB 100 million, with an increase price not exceeding RMB 4.45 per share, funded by the Northern Company's own funds
