On April 8th, AVIC Hi-Tech announced that Mr. Jiang Bo, the chairman of the company, proposed to repurchase a portion of the company's shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or to reduce registered capital, optimize the company's capital structure, and enhance shareholder value. The total amount of funds for the repurchase is between RMB 100 million and 200 million, with the price ceiling not exceeding 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's approval of the repurchase plan.
