# Kings: Fluorspar is a strategic resource and has been included in the U.S. tax exemption list

On April 8th, a reporter from Securities Times learned from Kings that the company currently has no export business to the United States. From the sales structure, as of the end of the first half of 2024, domestic sales accounted for 99.77%, while foreign sales accounted for 0.23%, with no sales to the United States; additionally, recently, after the United States announced "reciprocal tariffs" on trade partners, it subsequently released a list of trade partners and a list of products eligible for tax exemptions. According to the attachment 2 exemption list released by the United States, more than 10 fluorochemical products, including fluorite and hydrofluoric acid, have been exempted. The company's main products, fluorite and hydrofluoric acid, are included in the exemption list. Fluorite is one of the "strategic minerals" in China, and the United States and the European Union also list it as a key mineral that needs to be safeguarded
