According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA REFORM HEALTH (000503.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder China Oceanwide Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Oceanwide") and its concerted party, China Reform Development Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Reform Development"), plan to increase their holdings in the company within the next six months through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with an intended increase of no less than RMB 100 million and no more than RMB 200 million
