# Hongdou Industrial: Has repurchased 8.4348 million shares, using a total fund amount of 20.054 million yuan

On April 8th, Hongdou Industrial announced that the company will hold a board meeting on April 15, 2024, to review and approve the share repurchase plan. The company agrees to use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount not less than RMB 20 million and not exceeding RMB 40 million. The repurchased shares will be used for the company's equity incentive plan. As of April 8, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 8.4348 million shares, accounting for 0.37% of the company's total share capital, with a repurchase price range of RMB 2.04/share to RMB 2.59/share, and a total fund usage of RMB 20.054 million
