# Furja's actual controller proposed that the company repurchase shares for between 10 million and 30 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Furja (603219.SH) announced that on April 8, 2025, the company's board of directors received a letter from the actual controller and chairman, Mr. Wang Yuedan, proposing that Ningbo Furja Industrial Co., Ltd. repurchase the company's shares. Mr. Wang Yuedan proposed that the company use its own funds or bank loans to repurchase a portion of the issued ordinary shares (A shares) through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 10 million and not exceed RMB 30 million, intended for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive
