# SPICIFH's acquisition of State Power Investment Corporation Nuclear has passed the antitrust review for operator concentration

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SPICIFH (000958.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of State Power Investment Nuclear Technology Co., Ltd. through asset swaps and share issuance, while divesting 100% equity of State Power Investment Group Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., and raising supporting funds.

Recently, the company received the "Decision on Not Implementing Further Review of Operator Concentration Antitrust Review" (Antitrust Second Review Decision \[2025\] No. 208) issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, with the following specific content: "According to Article 30 of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, after preliminary review, it has been decided not to implement further review of the acquisition case of State Power Investment Group Financial Holding Co., Ltd. acquiring equity of State Power Investment Nuclear Technology Co., Ltd. Your company can implement the concentration from now on. This case involves matters other than the operator concentration antitrust review and will be handled in accordance with relevant laws."
