# GOODIX's controlling shareholders and actual controllers plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares by 40 million to 60 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GOODIX (603160.SH) has notified its controlling shareholder, actual controller, some directors, and senior management (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the increasing entities") that based on their firm confidence in the company's development and full recognition of the company's long-term investment value and future development prospects, they plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding and other methods within 12 months starting from April 9, 2025, with a cumulative increase limit of RMB 60 million and a minimum increase amount of RMB 40 million. This increase does not set a fixed price or price range and will be gradually implemented based on the fluctuations in the company's stock price and the overall trend of the capital market
