# FLARIANT plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FLARIANT (605566.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 employee stock ownership plan, with a total number of participating employees not exceeding 100. The source of the stocks for the employee stock ownership plan will be the company's A-share common stock from the company's repurchase dedicated securities account. After approval by the company's shareholders' meeting, the employee stock ownership plan will acquire the company's shares held in the repurchase dedicated securities account through non-trading transfers and other legally permitted methods. The scale of the employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 2.5 million shares, accounting for 1.87% of the company's current total equity. The acquisition price for the employee stock ownership plan is 9.35 yuan/share
