# SDIC Group announces a stronger buyback increase

Based on a strong confidence in the future development prospects of the controlling listed companies, China National Investment Corporation is intensifying its efforts in share buybacks and other market value management activities to continuously strengthen market confidence in the listed companies and enhance their investment value. On April 8th, the A-share listed companies under the National Investment Group spoke out collectively, with the chairmen of SDIC Capital, YAPP, and National Investment Intelligent proposing to accelerate the implementation of share buybacks. The major shareholder of YAPP will initiate stock purchases to effectively safeguard the rights and interests of all shareholders of the listed company
