According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XUSHENG (603305.SH) announced that the company plans to spend between RMB 75 million and RMB 150 million to repurchase shares, with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 19 per share, which will be used for the implementation of an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives in the future
