# YAPP Chairman Jiang Lin proposed that the company repurchase shares worth 100 million to 200 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YAPP (603013.SH) announced that on April 8, 2025, the company's chairman Mr. Jiang Lin (referred to as the proposer) submitted a letter proposing that YAPP Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. repurchase a portion of the company's shares. Mr. Jiang Lin proposed that the company use its own funds to repurchase some of the issued ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the repurchase: RMB 100 million to 200 million, and the repurchased shares will be used to reduce registered capital
