# Transtrue's actual controller has changed to Wang Guohong

According to the announcement from Transtrue (002771.SZ), the "Consistent Action Agreement" signed on April 8, 2022, by the original actual controllers Wang Guohong, Wang Xiaogang, and the original controlling shareholder Suzhou Longyue Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Longyue") has expired. After negotiation among Wang Guohong, Wang Xiaogang, and Suzhou Longyue, a "Termination Agreement of the Consistent Action Agreement" was signed on April 8, 2025, and the three parties have terminated their consistent action relationship.

From the effective date of the "Termination Agreement," the company's controlling shareholder will change from Wang Guohong and Suzhou Longyue to Wang Guohong, and the actual controller will change from Wang Guohong and Wang Xiaogang to Wang Guohong
