# Multiple shareholders of Farben Information have completed their share reduction, totaling 12.6459 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Farben Information (300925.SZ) announced that the share reduction plan of its controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Yan Hua's concerted action parties, Xinyu Gengdubang Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gengdubang"), Xinyu Mujialin Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Mujialin"), and Xinyu Jiajia Tong Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jiajia Tong") has been completed, with a total reduction of 12,645,900 shares of the company
