# The controlling shareholder of NGDC voluntarily commits not to reduce its holdings in the company

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NGDC (600640.SH) stated that on April 8th, the company received a letter from its controlling shareholder, Telecom Group, regarding "the commitment not to reduce its holdings in New NGDC Digital Culture Co., Ltd." To promote the continuous, stable, and healthy development of the company, enhance investor confidence, and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of investors as well as the stability of the capital market, Telecom Group promises to all investors:

Except for explicit requirements from laws, regulations, national policies, and regulatory agencies, Telecom Group will not actively reduce its holdings in NGDC shares within 2025. During the aforementioned commitment period, if NGDC undergoes capital reserve conversion to increase share capital, distributes stock dividends, issues additional shares, or conducts other matters, the new shares acquired by Telecom Group will also comply with this non-reduction commitment
