According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Oriental Energy (002221.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Donghua Petroleum (Yangtze) Co., Ltd. ("Donghua Petroleum") and its concerted parties plan to increase their holdings in the company within the next six months through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, intending to increase their shareholding by no less than 1.9% and no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
