(hereinafter referred to as "JX Group"), based on confidence in the company's future development, plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding or block trading within the next 12 months, with an increase amount not less than 50 million yuan and not exceeding 100 million yuan
