According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Sunrise (002937.SZ) stated that the company's chairman Zhang Zhongliang proposed to repurchase a portion of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading, for purposes such as equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 60 million and not more than RMB 120 million, with the repurchase price cap not exceeding 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's resolution on the repurchase plan
