# Heilongjiang Province Governor Liang Huiling visited the China Tianying Anda integrated project for wind power, hydrogen storage, and ammonia

According to China Tianying, on April 9th, Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Governor, led a team to investigate the integrated wind power, hydrogen, and ammonia project of China Tianying in Anda. Liang emphasized that major projects are an important means to promote regional economic development, and governments at all levels should further strengthen the guarantee of resource elements to ensure the smooth progress of project construction; under the guidance of the "dual carbon" goals, attention should be paid to the construction of advantageous and characteristic industrial clusters to promote the high-quality development of green industries.
